AC ELECTRONICS {EV-3102-A}
It examines AC current, AC voltage, AC electrical measurement and applications of capacitance, inductance, and transformers. Approximately 1 hour in length.
Course Objectives
- Explain sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal waveform generation, waveform generation, waveform analysis, scalar vs. vector analysis, motors, generators and various test instrument meter movements.
- Discuss low-pass, high-pass, bandpass, and band-stop filters.
- Explain bandwidth and gain, inductive reactance, capacitive reactance and resonance.
- Compute bandwidth, gain, and impedance.
- Understand nomographs.

Each Video package includes a workbook with student exercises and an informative answer guide with supplemental information. The hour-long videos come in DVD format, except Soldering and Component Recognition.
